Still Earning on My Ehow Blog after 10 Years

 

 I was analyzing my income sources today and saw that I am still getting views and earning from the blog, my Ehow Blog. For me, that is crazy! It has been over 10 years since I have made a post, and I sold my articles to Ehow over 10 years ago. I wanted to share that I do have other blogs that shares income sources, saving money tips, and my traveling adventures with my family. Hey everyone. Well it has been a good few months on this blog, but there is not a lot of use for the blog any longer. Ehow has changed too much, and I will not be switching over to demand studios. I feel as if Ehow has let all of the writers down, and I will not follow. I will continue to update and track all of my articles on Ehow. There will not be any reason to keep the blog going because I will have nothing to share with you all about Ehow.

Thank you to everyone for the support and following. I do have a few other blogs if you would like to keep up with everything. I am sure I will be able to update them on a regular basis, especially since I will have one less blog. I want to wish all of you success in whatever path you choose.

Ehow Weekly Earning Update 4/8/2010

Wow! This has been a difficult week on Ehow. Ehow changed there publishing, and canceled there Compensation program. With the exception of the articles already published of course. Well the earnings have also been bad. It has actually been the lowest earning week that I have had in a long time.

Since I will not be submitting any article on Ehow, I will be working on the 400 articles that I have. I feel that I can continue to increase my earnings on the site if I focus on promoting and updating the articles on a regular basis. Once everything gets organized with all of the other issues I will begin working on increasing my earning potential for my Ehow articles.

Ehow Earnings for the week: $14 Compared to last months 1st weeks earning of $20. That is a big decrease.

Ehow Writers will have to write for Demand Studios

Well I have not been online very much for the last couple of weeks, but I was hit with a shock yesterday. Demand Studios will be the exclusive platform for Ehow writers. I was actually very disappointed in this decision that they have made. I have been writing for Ehow for over a year now, and love the site. Demand Studios is a completely different subject.

I was accepted to write for Demand Studios, but have not decided whether or not I will write for them. I know that Demand Studios is much more strenuous on there acceptance then Ehow was. I am not worried about my writing, but I know they will want editing done from time to time. If that is the case I will not write for the site. To receive the same pay and work twice as hard, I would not do it. I will submit a few articles so I can see what happens.

I do not feel that this is a good decision for Ehow or Demand Studios. I think they will be losing a lot of quality writers with this decision.

My Earnings:

Since this change has taken affect my earnings have dropped quite a bit. I have went from $4 days last month to $1 days this month. I am hoping that this is only a temporary earning problem, and they will begin to increase again after everything gets situated.

Well this will affect all of us as a writing group and I would like to know how you feel about it. So please leave a comment sharing your point of view on Demand Studios becoming the writing platform.

I am back online and have an earning update

I am so sorry that I have been away for the last week or so. There has been so much going on, and I did not have a computer for a few days. Well I am back on track and will be pushing even harder to reach my earning goals with Ehow and my other writing sites.

I was pleasantly surprised when I logged back in on Ehow, my earnings have increased. They have actually increased by more than $20 since last month. I am hoping that this will keep happening from now on. I did not write much this much, and most of you know why. April will be the month for hard work online.

Ehow March Earnings: $81.00
Ehow Articles Written For March: 3

My goals for April:

Articles: 25
Earnings: $100

I will be getting my focus back this month. It will take time to get everything back in order, but this is my time to reach my goals.

Ehow Is Helping So Much At the Moment

I have been writing for Ehow for a little over a year, but have only been active for about seven months. I have enjoyed writing for Ehow the entire time. In the recent week I have learned things about my life that are hard to deal with, but Ehow is keeping my hopes up. I have been with the same man for 6 years. This week we have decided to part ways for a couple of reasons. In the last few months I have not worked, so he has paid for everything. Since he pays for everything I am left pretty helpless at the moment. Online writing is the only thing that is keeping me going financially and Ehow is the biggest part of that.

Ehow has became something that I try to do on a regular basis. It is a part of my life and my income. Since all of these problems have came up I will be spending more time on the site. I am hoping that it will be an even bigger part of my online income.

I want to thank Ehow for giving me hope. Yes I know that Ehow has there problems, but if I did not have the site my life would be a little more depressing at the moment. Ehow introduced me to the online income world, and it will continue to be a big part of it.

Ehow Weekly Earning Update 3/24/2010

This had been a good week or my Ehow earnings. The increase has been decent, and my daily average is beginning to go up on a regular basis. I did not get to write much this week due to personal issues. I will also be moving this week so my writing will have to be put on hold for another week.

Ehow Articles Written: 3
Ehow Earnings: $18

I am hoping that I will be able to return to my writing in the next week. My focus will be even greater than before, and I am determined to make my income goals soon.
